What is Pollyanna? 

Pollyanna creates discussion platforms for groups of people to explore issues of diversity, inclusion, and equity; and to share experiences and knowledge. We believe in being eternally optimistic even in the face of challenge. Pollyanna exists to be part of the solution. The Dalton Conference is part of the Pollyanna Family of schools hosting conferences.

How can I get involved?

Join the Pollyanna Teen Council: Pollyanna Teen Council consists of 8th-12th graders (13-18 year olds) from across the U.S. who are committed to helping their schools achieve their DEIB goals. We hold interesting and informative monthly programming. Monthly sessions feature a special keynote speaker followed by a themed group discussion centering on ways to improve each member’s individual school community. APPLY.
